Alexandra Rogan is the Executive Director at the Council for Inclusive Capitalism, where she works with companies and organizations which share the Council’s vision to create more sustainable and collaborative economies. Alexandra brings over a decade’s experience of developing relationships with companies and their executives, working with them to understand and respond to critical social, political and geopolitical trends.
Prior to the Council, Alexandra was Managing Director of the Political Risk Advisory practice at Teneo and Associate Director of Corporate Advisory Services at Eurasia Group. She also worked in Emerging Markets Equity Research at JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s London office. -

Archbishop Julio E. Murray is the Anglican Bishop of Panama. He was elected Diocesan Bishop in a Special Convention in 2000 and is a member of the Afro-Panamanian Religious Organizations; precursor of the Celebration of Black Ethnicity Day in Panama since May 30, 2002; as well as the National Council of Black Ethnicity since 2005. Archbishop Murray is the vice president of the House of Bishops of the Anglican Church of the Central Region of Americas.

Eileen O’Connor is The Rockefeller Foundation’s Senior Vice President for Communications, Policy, and Advocacy, serving as a strategic adviser to the President, Dr. Rajiv J. Shah on special projects, policy, positioning, advocacy, and content management. She previously was the principal at Garnet Group Public Affairs; Vice President for Communications at Yale; and Deputy Assistant Secretary for South and Central Asia and senior adviser to the special representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan in President Barack Obama’s administration. O’Connor also founded and led crisis management practices for several law firms in Washington, D.C. and worked as journalist at ABC News and CNN.

Flavien P Joubert was appointed Minister for Agriculture, Climate Change and Energy for the Republic of Seychelles in November 2020. Since 1996, he has worked in the Ministry of Environment and has held and served in several key posts, including Director General for Wildlife Enforcement and Permits, CEO of the Seychelles National Parks Authority, and CEO of the Landscape and Waste Management Authority. Minister Joubert has also served on several boards such as the Planning Authority and Seychelles Petroleum as company Director and on Boards of national importance, such as the Pesticide Control Board, Licensing Authority, and Seychelles Islands Foundation.
Overcoming barriers to a just transition, Inclusive Capitalism and Anglican Consultative Council
This session will facilitate dialogue between faith actors, finance institutions, business leaders, and states on how to make the just transition a reality. It will address the issue of overcoming barriers to investment in climate mitigation and adaptation in emerging markets. In addition, it will focus on the role business can play in driving a just transition. It will offer the start of a conversation about the challenges and opportunities that will be involved and aim to create opportunities for further discussion and development of relationships and collaboration across sectors to transition to a net-zero economy.
